Kylie Eccleston is a qualified Speech Pathologist, having completed her Bachelor of Science (Speech and Hearing Science) degree at
Since graduating, Kylie has gained over 12 years experience in helping children with a broad
range of speech, language and literacy difficulties, having worked for a range of organisations in the private, as well as public
sector.
Kylie has worked alongside her colleague, Teleri Hodge, in a paediatric private practice based in
Kylie is a member of the Private Speech Pathology
Association of Western Australia, a registered Medicare and Private Health Fund Provider, and has an approved ‘Working with Children’
Check.
Kylie is also a member of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) and in 2009, was selected as one of the judges for the Speech
Pathology Australia ‘Book of the Year’ Awards in the ‘Best Book for Language Development – Young Children’ Category (approximate age
range 2 – 5 years). In 2010, she is delighted to have been selected as one of the judges in the ‘Best Book for Language Development
– Lower Primary’ Category (approximate age range 5 – 8 years).
With her experience as a Mother, Kylie understands the importance
of patience, perseverance and prioritisation (among many other things!). This experience has shaped and continues to shape the
service she provides, enabling her to support children and families more effectively.
Kylie lives in Heathridge with her husband
